Park Rules & Guest Policies

Country Oasis RV Park is designed to be a quiet, comfortable place to stay. These policies help protect that atmosphere and make expectations clear for short-term, monthly, and long-term guests. Please review the information below before your stay.

Quick Stay Information

A few key details to know before you arrive.

Minimum Stays

  • 2-night minimum stay year-round
  • 3-night minimum for Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Year’s
  • 4-night minimum for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day

Check-In / Check-Out

  • RV check-in: 1 PM
  • RV check-out: 12 PM (noon)
  • Early arrival or late checkout requires office approval and may include an additional fee

Guests Per Site

  • Standard RV site rates include 2 guests
  • Additional day or overnight guests must check in at the office, pay applicable fees, and obtain a car pass
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 people per site

RV & Site Guidelines

Monthly & Long-Term RV Requirements

  • RVs must be 10 years old or newer for monthly and long-term stays. Older RVs may be approved by park management on a case-by-case basis.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.

Around the Park

  • Pop-up trailers, pickup campers, tents, and sleeping outdoors are not permitted
  • 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced
  • No smoking in park buildings
  • No glass containers on park grounds

Pet Policy

We welcome pets, but all guests are expected to follow park pet policies so everyone can enjoy a safe and peaceful stay.
  • Country Oasis does not accept particular breeds identified by insurance providers as having a history of aggression, including Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, and crossbreeds of those breeds, including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers
  • Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive may be required to leave the park with their owners
  • Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside the owner’s RV or vehicle
  • Do not leave tethered dogs unattended
  • Excessive barking and failure to clean up after pets may result in guests being asked to make other accommodations

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by season and reservation type. Please review the following before making or changing a reservation.

Seasonal Cancellation Notice

  • Winter season (October–March): 14 days’ advance notice is required for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee
  • Summer season (April–September): 30 days’ advance notice is required for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee
  • No deposit refund is available for cancellations made within the required notice period

Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Deposits for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
  • Online reservation deposits are non-refundable
  • Monthly deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits for multiple-unit reservations are non-refundable

Please note: Country Oasis RV Park reserves the right to refuse service. Guests and visitors who do not follow park rules may be asked to leave the park without refund.
